This original abstract painting is built on an unyielding tension. Alongside a flowing, completely calm surface in the upper area, a dense, tangible layering in acrylic on canvas breaks through in the lower third. Contrasting pigments stand side by side without transition, applied raw and left in their relief-like structure.
