An original abstract painting as a diptych, built up from acrylic, structure paste and acrylic gold: large, clear circles of gold run through a dense field of pink, magenta, blue and yellow — and right where the two canvases meet, the gold simply continues, straight across the divide. Only when hung side by side does it become clear that neither half is complete on its own.
