My inspiration for this painting
A thought of never-ending sand dunes, the shimmering sun and an endless horizon were a perfect scenery as a starting point for my work. I began by creating a harmonious structure that reflected the beauty of the desert. The soft natural colored sand tones fascinated me and I decided to perpetuate them in my painting. I wanted to add gold accents to the piece. It was a challenge to place the 24 carat leaf gold so that it would blend perfectly with the texture, and still create its own effect and make the artwork even more radiant.
This created a piece of art that combines the beauty of nature and the elegance of gold. The painting I had created is a symbol of the beauty and power of nature. It shows the endless expanse of the desert, the soft colors of the sand and the golden light of the sun.
