Saatchi Art offers many opportunities and benefits to showcase artworks to a wider audience and to further one's artistic success. It is important that artists weigh up the pros and cons and decide whether Saatchi Art meets their individual needs and goals as an artist.

 

My conclusion as an artist about online art galleries

When speaking to other artists, I often feel like we get lost in the crowd of online art platforms. While established and already well-known artists form the face of these platforms, it remains difficult for young and lesser-known artists to become visible. In such a crowded market, where attention is often focused on renowned names, many of us feel easily overlooked. This reality can be frustrating and leaves us looking for ways to stand out from the crowd and make our unique voices heard in the art world.

Ultimately, the decision depends on the collector's personal preferences and values. Do they want to prioritize the individual relationship with the art and the artist, or do they prefer to use the convenience and comprehensive selection of an online platform?

So far, I've had more success with Instagram and my own online shop - even though it's challenging to reach the "right" target group for my paintings.
